DevCo Partners: Investment Intern

DevCo Partners is looking for students to join our investment team as interns for 2026/27. The exact duration (typically 3-4 months) and timing will be mutually agreed during the application process.

Founded in 2014, DevCo is a long-term oriented active owner and development partner dedicated to building world-leading companies in selected niche markets. We provide our companies with hands-on operational resources, strategic support, and significant financial resources to support step changes in performance.

With assets under management of approx. €1.6 billion, we have completed 16 M&A transactions and are currently an owner of three Finnish global niche leaders: Bluefors, Medix Biochemica, and Vexve which combined generate more than 95% of revenues outside of Finland.

We continue to grow and expand our team, having raised funds in excess of €1 billion in the past year to further develop our existing portfolio companies. In addition, we are actively searching for our fourth global niche leader for which we have raised a €260m fund.

What we are looking for

  • Individuals who are excited to learn about the broader private equity industry, active company ownership and related skillsets

  • Great team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrated drive and a high level of ethics

  • Relevant work experience, studies or background knowledge through personal interest in economics, finance, private equity, business development or M&A

  • Students with an excellent track record, who have completed their 2nd year of studies and have full working proficiency in English
