Intera Partners: Internship 2026

Aiming for a career in private equity? Intera is looking for future investment professionals to join the firm in 2026!

Intera Partners is looking for students with a genuine interest in exploring private equity as a profession to join its team. During 2026, we will organize several internship periods, each lasting approximately 3–5 months.

As a member of Intera's young and dynamic team, you get to participate in various areas of the investment process. You will, for example, map potential new investment targets, evaluate the logic of broader industry consolidations, and analyse transactions using financial modelling. In addition, you also have the opportunity to take part in the execution of M&A transactions, financing and the active development of portfolio companies.

Our expectations from you:

• Strong academic background, including completed key courses in finance, accounting, industrial engineering or economics

• Previous internship experience from e.g., investment bank, management consulting or growth companies

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and social skills

• Strong motivation and a proactive attitude

• Fluent English and Finnish language skills, Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
