Norvestor Private Equity Internship Helsinki
Full-time, Intern | 4-12 months | Preferred start: early 2027 (later 2027 start dates also welcome)
Norvestor is looking for final-year Bachelor's or Master's students to join their Helsinki team as an Investment Intern. You'll work closely with colleagues across the Nordics, becoming an integral part of the investment team and gaining hands-on experience identifying and developing fast-growing Nordic companies. Those are skills that translate well to careers in private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate M&A, or entrepreneurship.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare research and analyses to support sourcing of new investments and development of our portfolio companies.
Perform financial modelling and company valuations.
Prepare of internal and external presentations and other material.
Participate in meetings with external advisors and portfolio companies management teams.
Assist deal teams with internal processes across the investment cycle.
Your profile:
Third-year Bachelor or Master students in business/economics or engineering with a strong academic record.
Curious and motivated to learn what makes companies successful and great.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills.
Prior experience from internships in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, tech/SaaS or other relevant roles.
Fluent in English and Finnish.
