Women in PE 2026
Are you a female student in your 3rd–5th year and curious about a career in private equity?
Join us on Thursday, 16 April for an inspiring morning dedicated to exploring careers in private equity through the experiences of women working in the industry. This event is organized together with Women’s Career Network (WCN) and brings together leading firms and ambitious students for insightful discussions, meaningful connections and a closer look at what it takes to build a career in private equity.
Hosted by Roschier, together with CapMan, Hartwall Capital and Infranode, the event offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from professionals about their career paths, key turning points and the realities of working in private equity today.
The program will begin with short introductory presentations from the participating firms, followed by a breakfast session where you can connect with fellow students and company representatives in a relaxed setting. The highlight of the morning will be a panel discussion centered around the theme “What does it take to build a career in private equity?” After the panel, there will be time for informal networking and open discussion, giving you the chance to ask questions, exchange ideas and engage directly with professionals and peers.
The event will take place at Roschier’s office in central Helsinki, providing an excellent environment for both learning and networking.
Whether you are already considering a career in private equity or simply want to learn more about the field, this event offers valuable insights and a welcoming space to connect with like-minded students and inspiring professionals.
